These terms govern your use of the Honther platform and our logistics services. Please read them carefully before booking a shipment or creating an account.

By creating an account or using the Honther platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including senders, recipients, and drivers.
Honther reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be notified via email.
What Honther provides
Honther provides a logistics platform enabling users to book door-to-door shipments, generate shipping labels, track shipments in real time, and manage deliveries. Honther acts as a logistics operator and platform provider.
Service availability
We aim for 99.5% platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to carry out scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice.
Service areas
Honther services are available within declared service areas. We reserve the right to add or remove service areas at any time. Bookings outside active service areas will not be accepted.
Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@honther.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
One account per person
Each individual may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or policies is prohibited.
Account suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or present a risk to other users or operations.
Booking confirmation
A shipment booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed. A waybill number and shipping label are generated at confirmation.
Pricing
Prices are calculated based on chargeable weight (the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight), service tier, and zone multiplier. The price shown at checkout is final and inclusive of all applicable fees.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Honther does not store card details.
Refunds
Refunds are available if a shipment is cancelled before collection. Once collected, refunds are not available except where Honther has failed to deliver the shipment through no fault of the sender. Contact support@honther.app within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Prohibited items
You must not ship: firearms, ammunition, or weapons; illegal drugs or controlled substances; live animals; hazardous materials including flammable, explosive, or radioactive goods; currency or negotiable instruments; items prohibited by law in the origin or destination country.
Accurate declarations
You are responsible for accurately declaring the contents and value of your shipment. False declarations that result in harm, loss, or legal action may result in account termination and civil liability.
Prohibited uses of the platform
You must not: attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access; reverse engineer or scrape the platform; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; impersonate another person or entity.
Loss or damage
In the event of loss or damage to a shipment caused by Honther's negligence, liability is limited to the declared value of the goods or $500, whichever is lower, unless additional coverage has been arranged in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honther is not liable for: indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; loss of profit or business opportunity; delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (including severe weather, industrial action, or customs delay).
Claims
Damage or loss claims must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date by emailing support@honther.app with your waybill number and supporting evidence.
Public tracking
Each shipment generates a public tracking page accessible by waybill number. By booking a shipment, you acknowledge that this tracking page is accessible to anyone with the waybill number, and that it displays the recipient's first name and delivery status.
Notifications
By providing a recipient's email address or phone number, you confirm that the recipient has consented to receive transactional notifications from Honther relating to this shipment.
Driver obligations
Drivers using the Honther driver console are responsible for accurately recording collection, handoff, and delivery events. False scan entries or incomplete records may result in removal from the platform.
Independent contractors
Drivers operate as independent contractors and are not employees of Honther. Honther is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of drivers except where caused by Honther's instructions.
The Honther platform, brand, software, and content are the intellectual property of Honther, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Your shipment data remains your property.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Honther, Inc. is incorporated. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
